Dean Wallraff, a California environmental and land-use attorney, is responsible for the overall management of Advocates for the Environment A graduate of the University of Arizona and Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, he has litigated extensively under various state and federal environmental and land-use laws.

Lore Pekrul, an urban planner and urban-environment activist, directs Advocates' environmental programs for cities.
